801 Main Street
801 MAIN STREET
OCA Architects is the Architect of Record for the development located at 801 Main Street, in the Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea, New Jersey. The 19 unit townhouse development is on approximately 1.04 acre site in the beach community in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
The project consists of four separate buildings, one of which hosts affordable housing units adding up to nineteen units. The buildings are organized in such a way to create a sense of community by the provision of inner courtyard and accessible from the back of the units.
The development consists of 2-story units with Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Pantry, Powder Room, 3 bedroom and an outside terrace. In addition, provided are affordable units consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units with Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen.
