Newark being the home of a long and rich history as a center for music and the arts, OCA Architects completed the architectural design of 505 Clinton Ave or known as the Gant-Gilbert Arts Collective, a new artist housing development. The redevelopment project ofers the community a new cultural art, education, residential, and social center. In addition to artistic programming, the mixed-use residence offers 27 affordable homes, a performance center, 10 work studios and 2 secure parking lots for residents.
