SUNY New Paltz- Esopus Hall

OCA's Principal brings wealth of experience to the successful completion of Esopus Hall, a key project at SUNY New Paltz designed to meet the university's growing demand for student housing. As the first of two new residence halls, Esopus Hall is strategically located adjacent to the picturesque "Campus Pond," providing a serene setting for student life. The four-story, 68,000 square-foot facility is thoughtfully organized into a suite-style layout, offering modern, comfortable accommodations for students.

While the project was initially designed with modular construction methodology in mind, it ultimately required a transition to a conventional stick-built steel and concrete structural system. This change presented several challenges, but Mr. Agudosi's deep expertise in modular construction was instrumental in navigating these complexities. His ability to adapt the design and construction approach ensured that the project stayed on track, resulting in a timely completion that met the university's schedule and quality expectations.

The Principal's involvement in Esopus Hall not only highlights his technical proficiency but also underscores his commitment to delivering high-quality projects that align with the client's needs. His leadership was key to overcoming the obstacles posed by the change in construction technique ensuring that Esopus Hall was completed on time and became a valuable addition to the SUNY New Paltz campus.
