MIDDLESEX COUNTY COLLEGE - CRABIEL HALL

In his prior endeavor, OCA’s President and CEO, Obi Agudosi, AIA was the Principal-in-Charge for the two-story 36,000 square foot academic and administration building. The client’s goal was to create a new gateway to the college campus from the second entrance along Woodbridge Avenue where most of its staff and students’ parking lots are located. The completed project includes 13 general purpose classrooms, computer labs, culinary demonstration lab, conference rooms, student lounge and administrative spaces. The building was constructed of masonry and structural steel. The building is a USGBC LEED Silver certified project. It was constructed on time and within budget.
