DEFOREST B. SOARIES SENIOR COMPLEX
OCA’s Principal’s prior project experience includes serving in the capacity of Principal-in-Charge for this project working in collaboration with Genesis Companies in partnership with Central Jersey Community Development Corporation.
Prior to the construction of the facility, the site was occupied by a 2 story bank building which had to be demolished. The completed development is a three-story building with 64 residential units – 59 one bedroom units and 5 two bedroom units, Community room, laundry room and approximately 11,000 SF office space. The completed project provided housing for seniors, veterans and Somerset County Board of Social Services and is approximately 72,400 square feet.
