OCA’s Principal’s prior project experience include serving in the capacity of Project Manager for this project working in collaboration with Lincoln Properties Company, one of the largest residential developers in the United States to design and construct this 165 unit Transit Village development. This is a high end residential complex situated next to the Montclair Pine Street Bay Station. It is intended to service residents who commute to New York City. It is comprised of one, two and three bedroom units with commercial space of approximately 11,000 SF.
